La LXV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala aprob\u00f3 este d\u00eda el Dictamen con proyecto de Decreto presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos que preside el diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, por el que se autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Apizaco la desincorporaci\u00f3n del Dominio P\u00fablico y ejercer actos de dominio respecto del predio denominado \u00abEL TECOJOTE\u00bb ubicado en Boulevard La Libertad entre Camino a Santa Anita Huiloac y Avenida Hidalgo, y celebrar contrato de Donaci\u00f3n Pura y Simple a T\u00edtulo Gratuito a favor del Organismo P\u00fablico Descentralizado, denominado Comisi\u00f3n de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado del Municipio de Apizaco (CAPAMA) Tlaxcala, para la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo edificio administrativo y operativo con la finalidad de mejorar la atenci\u00f3n en la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios de agua potable, alcantarillado y saneamiento que se brindan a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante el an\u00e1lisis legislativo se acredit\u00f3 que el Ayuntamiento de Apizaco cumpli\u00f3 con todos los requisitos legales establecidos en la Ley Municipal del Estado de Tlaxcala y la Ley del Patrimonio P\u00fablico del Estado de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El Dictamen refiere que derivado del aumento poblacional y de la expansi\u00f3n urbana han rebasado la capacidad operativa de las instalaciones actuales de la CAPAMA y que el nuevo edificio permitir\u00e1 centralizar funciones, optimizar recursos, mejorar la eficiencia administrativa y ofrecer mejores condiciones de atenci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda y al personal del organismo operador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras su aprobaci\u00f3n, se instruy\u00f3 la elaboraci\u00f3n del Decreto y su remisi\u00f3n al Ejecutivo del Estado para su sanci\u00f3n y publicaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
