Congreso del Estado aprobado el Decreto 285 de reforma a la Constituci\u00f3n local"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria, la LXV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado declar\u00f3 aprobado el Decreto n\u00famero 285, mediante el cual se reforman los art\u00edculos 32, 54 y 90, y se adiciona un Apartado C al art\u00edculo 95 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, al acreditarse que la mayor\u00eda de los ayuntamientos de la entidad emitieron su voto aprobatorio conforme al procedimiento constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se dio lectura a la certificaci\u00f3n emitida por la Secretar\u00eda Parlamentaria, en la que se hace constar que el Decreto, aprobado previamente por el Pleno del Congreso, fue remitido a los 60 ayuntamientos para su an\u00e1lisis y votaci\u00f3n, obteniendo el respaldo de la mayor\u00eda de los cabildos, requisito indispensable para su validez constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte del acuerdo aprobado, se instruy\u00f3 a la Secretar\u00eda Parlamentaria remitir el Decreto a la titular del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado para los efectos constitucionales conducentes, a fin de que sea sancionado y publicado en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Gobierno del Estado, con lo que entrar\u00e1 en vigor en los t\u00e9rminos establecidos por la legislaci\u00f3n
