Derivado de las acciones permanentes enfocadas a la prevenci\u00f3n y combate de los delitos en el estado de Tlaxcala, la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) detuvo en el municipio de San Juan Totolac a una persona con orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de Violaci\u00f3n Tumultuaria.
Personal de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad que se encontraba de recorrido de seguridad y vigilancia detect\u00f3 en calle Huexotitla a un sujeto, quien tras percibir la presencia policial mostr\u00f3 una conducta evasiva e intent\u00f3 retirarse del lugar.
Ante tal situaci\u00f3n, los elementos de seguridad estatal procedieron a indagar a la persona con la finalidad de prevenir acciones que infrinja la ley, percat\u00e1ndose a trav\u00e9s del sistema de Plataforma M\u00e9xico que cuenta con una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.
De esta manera, el sujeto identificado como C\u00e9sar \u00abN\u00bb de 38 a\u00f1os de edad fue detenido y canalizado a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tlaxcala (PGJE) para el debido cumplimiento del mandamiento.
