Ortega \/ La Noticia&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zacatl\u00e1n.- Con plena certeza a la confianza y trabajo de las mujeres, el Presidente municipal Pepe M\u00e1rquez anunci\u00f3 un Gobierno Paritario que otorga 50 por ciento de los puestos de responsabilidad y decisi\u00f3n a mujeres profecionistas del del Ayuntamiento, as\u00ed como el decreto de creaci\u00f3n del Instituto local de Igualdad Sustantiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, el mun\u00edcipe indic\u00f3 que con estas acciones su gobierno se convierte en los primeros a nivel nacional y estatal en implementar practicas de igualdad paritaria, que impulsan y reconozcen el trabajo que les corresponde por derecho a las mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTenemos que cambiar la mentalidad, desterrar viejas practicas y dejar a tras las terribles muestras de machismo que aun existen, hago un llamado a las nuevas funcionarias a que promovamos el cambio fundamentalmente en la forma de ver la pol\u00edtica en algunos varones, con ellos reconstruyamos el tejido social y mejoremos el ejercicio p\u00fablico\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre estas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, la titular estatal de la Secretar\u00eda de Igualdad Sustantiva <strong>M\u00f3nica D\u00edaz de Rivera \u00c1lvarez, reconoci\u00f3 y aplaudi\u00f3 las acciones tomadas por el alcalde M\u00e1rquez Mart\u00ednez, de quien dijo, ha implementado acciones de manera voluntaria y sin una obligatoriedad de ley de por medio, su Ayuntamiento&nbsp; visibiliza a mujeres y las ponen en el centro de las decisiones.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ofreci\u00f3 ser una aliada del gobierno municipal para formalizar programas que mejoren condiciones de las f\u00e9minas y que las reconozca por su valor de participaci\u00f3n en la toma de decisiones.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Al hacer uso de la palabra, Beatriz S\u00e1nchez de M\u00e1rquez presidenta honor\u00edfica del sistema municipal DIF, destac\u00f3 la voluntad del actual Ayuntamiento para cerrar la brecha de la desigualdad entre mujeres, as\u00ed como el atender la violencia en contra de la mujeres, para hacer de Zacatl\u00e1n un municipio ejemplo en el derecho a las mujeres.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong> &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el evento, el alcalde Pepe Marquez tom\u00f3 protesta a las titularidades de obras p\u00fablicas, Sosapaz, registro civil, deporte, salud, pueblos ind\u00edgenas, catastro, cultura, turismo y desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, desarrollo urbano, Cereso, evaluaci\u00f3n y control, auditor\u00eda patrimonial, auditor\u00eda en adquisiciones, unidad tect\u00f3nica de contralor\u00eda, atenci\u00f3n ciudadana, reclutamiento militar, archivo municipal, comunicaci\u00f3n social, control ciudadano, igualdad sustantiva y educaci\u00f3n son encabezadas por mujeres con destacada trayectoria profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente se inaugur\u00f3 la oficina del Instituto Municipal de Igualdad Sustantiva, a la que asisti\u00f3 como testigo de honor la diputada local Nora Merino Escamilla presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n de igualdad sustantiva en el Congreso del Estado de
