{"id":87967,"date":"2022-02-09T13:04:24","date_gmt":"2022-02-09T13:04:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=87967"},"modified":"2022-02-09T13:04:25","modified_gmt":"2022-02-09T13:04:25","slug":"clausura-coeprist-la-terraza-en-la-capital-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=87967","title":{"rendered":"Clausura COEPRIST \u201cLa terraza\u201d, en la capital del estado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>*<\/em><em>Se revisar\u00e1n las condiciones del contrato&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por incumplir con las medidas sanitarias previstas en los lineamientos&nbsp;aprobados por el Consejo Estatal de Salud (CES),&nbsp;se clausur\u00f3&nbsp;de manera provisional&nbsp;el negocio denominado&nbsp;\u201cLa&nbsp;Terraza\u201d,&nbsp;ubicado en la&nbsp;parte alta del Museo de Arte de Tlaxcala (MAT), en la&nbsp;capital del estado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de realizar una&nbsp;pr\u00e1ctica&nbsp;de revisi\u00f3n,&nbsp;la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal para la Protecci\u00f3n&nbsp;contra Riesgos Sanitarios del Estado de Tlaxcala (Coeprist), pudo establecer que&nbsp;el negocio&nbsp;incumpli\u00f3 con las medidas sanitarias consistentes en un aforo superior al&nbsp;70 por ciento en espacios abiertos, adem\u00e1s de no respetar&nbsp;el horario de actividades&nbsp;hasta&nbsp;las 23:00&nbsp;horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajo estas circunstancias, se procedi\u00f3 a&nbsp;la&nbsp;clausuratemporal del espacio, hasta en tanto no justifique estar al corriente con el cumplimiento de todas las disposiciones&nbsp;legales que son propias para su funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de mencionar que&nbsp;las nuevas medidas&nbsp;fueron aprobadas el pasado 3 de febrero,&nbsp;con la finalidad de&nbsp;evitar al aumento de contagios por Covid-19&nbsp;entre la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad notific\u00f3 que&nbsp;se revisar\u00e1n las condiciones del contrato y se valorar\u00e1 su cumplimiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Se revisar\u00e1n las condiciones del contrato&nbsp;
