*El imputado agredi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima f\u00edsicamente ocasion\u00e1ndole la muerte<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El resultado de una investigaci\u00f3n de personal adscrito a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), permiti\u00f3 el arresto de un hombre como presunto responsable de la comisi\u00f3n de un feminicidio ocurrido en el municipio de San Pablo del Monte en 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lo anterior, al cumplimentar la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Jos\u00e9 Alberto N., de 20 a\u00f1os, se\u00f1alado como presunto responsable del hecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la Carpeta de Investigaci\u00f3n, la v\u00edctima de nombre Modesta N., manten\u00eda una relaci\u00f3n sentimental con el imputado desde diciembre de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acuerdo con testimonios de familiares de la v\u00edctima, Jos\u00e9 Alberto N., era un hombre celoso y en varias ocasiones golpe\u00f3 a su pareja sin que ella interpusiera la denuncia correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Una vez que la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n tom\u00f3 conocimiento del hecho, peritos de campo recabaron los datos de prueba necesarios que permitieron establecer que el imputado ejerci\u00f3 agresiones f\u00edsicas hasta que priv\u00f3 de la vida a Modesta N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De esta manera, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico acredit\u00f3 los datos de prueba y solicit\u00f3 a la autoridad jurisdiccional la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por el delito de feminicidio en contra de Jos\u00e9 Alberto N., la cual fue cumplimentada por la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n el pasado 9 de febrero del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por lo anterior, fue asegurado y trasladado al Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social; del mismo modo, fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juez de Control, en espera de resolver su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
