{"id":88848,"date":"2022-02-23T21:53:26","date_gmt":"2022-02-23T21:53:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=88848"},"modified":"2022-02-23T21:53:28","modified_gmt":"2022-02-23T21:53:28","slug":"cepc-hace-recomendaciones-por-calor-excesivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=88848","title":{"rendered":"CEPC hace recomendaciones por calor excesivo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>*Es importante hidratarse y no hacer ejercicio al mediod\u00eda<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el incremento de calor que se ha registrado estos \u00faltimos d\u00edas, la Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (CEPC) recomend\u00f3 algunas acciones a fin de evitar golpes de calor y efectos negativos en la salud de la ciudadan\u00eda como insolaci\u00f3n, desmayos, deshidrataci\u00f3n, enfermedades diarreicas o de piel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este aumento de temperatura, inform\u00f3 la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (Conagua), deriva por un anticicl\u00f3n en niveles medios de la atm\u00f3sfera, lo que ocasiona un ambiente vespertino de c\u00e1lido a caluroso y con escaso potencial de lluvia en gran parte del territorio nacional y que afectar\u00e1 directamente a la entidad, por lo que la temperatura llegar\u00e1 entre los 29 y 31 grados Celsius en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la CEPC recomend\u00f3 estar alerta, ya que al amanecer se seguir\u00e1n presentando temperaturas entre uno y 5 grados en algunas zonas como Atlangatepec y El Carmen Tequexquitla, por lo que exhort\u00f3 a abrigarse bien si sale de casa muy temprano y al mismo tiempo estar pendiente del mediod\u00eda cuando se incrementa la temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otras recomendaciones ante este incremento de calor son: evitar el sol entre 11 de la ma\u00f1ana y las 4 de la tarde, eso incluye hacer ejercicio o estar en la calle, vestir ropa suelta de colores claros y manga larga, tomar agua simple para evitar una deshidrataci\u00f3n, comer alimentos frescos, frutas y verduras;
