emite recomendaciones para evitar golpes de calor a los visitantes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (Conagua) report\u00f3 que las temperaturas al mediod\u00eda en la capital del estado de Tlaxcala oscilar\u00e1n entre los 26 y 27.4 grados Celsius, por ello la Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (CEPC) emiti\u00f3 una serie de recomendaciones para evitar un golpe de calor que afecte la integridad de los ciudadanos y visitantes que presencian los partidos del Tour Mundial de Voleibol de Playa 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal de la CEPC realizar\u00e1 recorridos permanentes en todas las canchas y sus alrededores para verificar que las condiciones de las carpas con diferentes servicios sean seguras, que las estructuras se encuentren firmes y si hay casos de uso o manejo de gas LP, que sea acorde con las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el incremento de la temperatura, exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a extremar las medidas preventivas para evitar golpes de calor que pueden afectarlos, por lo que recomend\u00f3 a los espectadores del Tour Mundial, vestir ropa suelta de colores claros y manga larga, tomar agua simple de manera permanente para evitar una deshidrataci\u00f3n, comer alimentos frescos como frutas o verduras, tratar de permanecer en la sombra y en lugares frescos, usar protector solar m\u00ednimo F15 y utilizar lentes de sol, gorra, sombrero o sombrilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de que no exista sombra al observar los partidos, tomar descansos entre cada encuentro para evitar una descompensaci\u00f3n; de tener se\u00f1ales de un golpe de calor como dolor de cabeza, confusi\u00f3n, mareos, pulso r\u00e1pido, sudoraci\u00f3n excesiva, piel seca y caliente, solicite ayuda de inmediato y descanse, ya que puede perder el conocimiento y sufrir convulsiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, la CEPC solicit\u00f3 a los transe\u00fantes estar al pendiente, ubicar al personal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y el puesto de control;
