Morales P\u00e9rez, destac\u00f3 el proyecto de la Caravana Cultural que lleg\u00f3 a la localidad de San Sime\u00f3n Xipetzinco, municipio de Hueyotlipan, por parte de la Secretar\u00eda de Cultura de Tlaxcala, al considerar que estas acciones fortalecen el sentido de pertenencia y contribuyen a la sana convivencia social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El congresista consider\u00f3 que los talleres art\u00edsticos, as\u00ed como las distintas obras y exposiciones del talento local, fomentan la unidad y la cohesi\u00f3n entre las personas, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de expresiones culturales que enriquecen a las comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador de Morena se dijo complacido de participar en estas actividades que proyectan las tradiciones y costumbres, pero tambi\u00e9n fomentan la participaci\u00f3n de las personas, quienes generan nuevas bases de convivencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, reconoci\u00f3 el gran esfuerzo que realizan las autoridades para organizar eventos que hacen de la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana el detonante de la transformaci\u00f3n del Estado, como fueron las actividades art\u00edstico-culturales del s\u00e1bado pasado en la poblaci\u00f3n en
