{"id":90967,"date":"2022-03-29T18:56:37","date_gmt":"2022-03-29T18:56:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=90967"},"modified":"2022-03-29T18:56:56","modified_gmt":"2022-03-29T18:56:56","slug":"magistrado-del-tet-asistio-al-congreso-30-anos-de-justicia-electoral-en-michoacan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=90967","title":{"rendered":"Magistrado del TET asisti\u00f3 al congreso \u201c30 a\u00f1os de justicia electoral en Michoac\u00e1n\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Adem\u00e1s, en sus redes sociales, inform\u00f3 que este 30 de marzo participar\u00e1 en el Foro de discusi\u00f3n Distrital 01 del INE sobre el proceso de Revocaci\u00f3n de Mandato<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El Magistrado del Tribunal Electoral de Tlaxcala (TET), Miguel Nava Xochitiotzi, asisti\u00f3 al Congreso <a>\u201c30 A\u00f1os de Justicia Electoral en Michoac\u00e1n\u201d <\/a>en donde sostuvo acercamientos con integrantes de los \u00f3rganos jurisdiccionales encargados de la administraci\u00f3n de la Justicia Electoral en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Michoac\u00e1n (TEEM), invit\u00f3 al Magistrado para asistir a las actividades en el marco de los festejos por el trig\u00e9simo aniversario de la creaci\u00f3n e instalaci\u00f3n del \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el recinto del Centro Cultural Universitario, Magistradas y Magistrados de la Sala Superior y Salas Regionales del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF), as\u00ed como de Tribunales locales de todo el pa\u00eds, estuvieron en la presentaci\u00f3n del libro \u201cEl Principio Democr\u00e1tico. Enfoque Sistem\u00e1tico de Interpretaci\u00f3n Constitucional y Convencional\u201d del Doctor Felipe Alfredo Fuentes Barrera Magistrado de la Sala Superior del TEPJF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Nava Xochitiotzi acudi\u00f3 a las mesas de di\u00e1logo en las que se abordaron temas como: Avances y retos en impartici\u00f3n de justicia electoral en las comunidades ind\u00edgenas del pa\u00eds;
