\u2022 El detenido hab\u00eda sustra\u00eddo utensilios de trabajo de un establecimiento.
En atenci\u00f3n al reporte emitido por el Servicio de Emergencias 911, en el cual un sujeto fue se\u00f1alado por un ciudadano como presunto responsable de ingresar a su establecimiento ubicado en calle Camino Nacional n\u00famero 22 colonia Salvador Guarneros y sustraer utensilios del mismo, elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) acudieron al lugar.
Tras arribar a lugar, el personal estatal detect\u00f3 a una persona quien se identific\u00f3 como due\u00f1o del lugar, quien reten\u00eda a un sujeto al cual se\u00f1alaba como responsable de ingresar y sustraer utensilios de trabajo de su local, procediendo a entrevistarlos para indagar la situaci\u00f3n.
Es as\u00ed que, siendo un hecho constitutivo de delito en flagrancia, el sujeto identificado como H\u00e9ctor \u00abN\u00bb fue detenido y los indicios asegurados para ser puestos a disposici\u00f3n ante la representaci\u00f3n social competente para continuar con los procesos legales correspondientes.
