La Magistrada Presidenta del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado (TSJ-CJE), tom\u00f3 protesta a una persona que cumpli\u00f3 con los requisitos para el cargo de Juez Municipal, en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Pleno.
Lo anterior, con fundamento en lo dispuesto por el art\u00edculo 116 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, art\u00edculos 154 y 155 de la Ley Municipal del Estado, y 2Bis Fracci\u00f3n X, de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial de Tlaxcala.
El abogado que cumpli\u00f3 con los requisitos establecidos en la norma, fue el integrante del Ayuntamiento de San Lucas Tecopilco, Luis Corona Jim\u00e9nez.
De esta manera, ya son 28 las juezas y los jueces municipales que cumplieron con los requisitos de Ley, y rindieron protesta ante el Pleno del TSJ.
Los requisitos que marca la norma para recibir el nombramiento, consisten en presentar t\u00edtulo y c\u00e9dula profesional, as\u00ed como la copia certificada del acta de Cabildo, en la que fueron designados como Juez Municipal.
