El Icatlax tiene como meta fomentar el respeto a los derechos de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 a cargo de la maestra Beatriz Cuahutle Bautista, ling\u00fcista profesional y becaria en diversos pa\u00edses.
