{"id":91602,"date":"2022-04-08T14:11:05","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T14:11:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=91602"},"modified":"2022-04-08T14:11:06","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T14:11:06","slug":"aclara-smyt-que-tuxsag-tiene-autorizado-prestar-el-servicio-xaltipan-tlaxcala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=91602","title":{"rendered":"Aclara SMyT que TUXSAG tiene autorizado prestar el servicio Xaltipan-Tlaxcala"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>*La ruta le fue fijada por Secte desde que se le otorgaron las concesiones<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa Transportes Unidos Xaltipal Santa Cruz Guadalupe Tlaxcala S.A. de C.V. no incurri\u00f3 en invasi\u00f3n de rutas, inform\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad y Transporte (SMyT), tras el conflicto entre transportistas que se registr\u00f3 este jueves sobre la carretera Tlaxcala-Chiautempan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La SMyT explic\u00f3 que desde el otorgamiento de las concesiones a dicha empresa mercantil, la entonces Secretar\u00eda de Comunicaciones y Transportes del Estado (Secte) fij\u00f3 como itinerario o recorrido los puntos extremos Xaltipan-Tlaxcala de Xicoht\u00e9ncatl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la empresa suspendi\u00f3 el servicio por indicaciones de la propia autoridad que, de acuerdo con la Ley de Comunicaciones y Transportes del Estado, el Ejecutivo local podr\u00e1 en cualquier tiempo y por razones de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico, modificar itinerarios, tarifas, horarios, equipos, instalaciones y vialidad de los servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese momento se determin\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n de manera provisional de la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de dicha empresa, hasta en tanto no se concluyera un estudio t\u00e9cnico que realizaba la entonces dependencia estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ah\u00ed que la empresa promoviera un recurso de inconformidad ante la autoridad judicial administrativa, mismo que le fue resuelto favorablemente, por lo que hoy reinici\u00f3 el servicio en la ruta que le fue autorizada desde que le otorgaron las concesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, la SMyT reiter\u00f3 el llamado a los concesionarios para no interrumpir la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de transporte sin previo aviso a la dependencia estatal, ya que este tipo de acciones perjudica a la ciudadan\u00eda limitando su derecho de recibir una movilidad segura y eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso de la instituci\u00f3n de mantener di\u00e1logo permanente y abierto con todos los concesionarios, a fin de atender sus demandas y resolver la problem\u00e1tica que pudiera presentarse en cada una de las rutas de transporte p\u00fablico del estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*La ruta le fue fijada por Secte desde que se le otorgaron las concesiones La empresa Transportes Unidos Xaltipal Santa Cruz Guadalupe Tlaxcala S.A. de C.V. no incurri\u00f3 en invasi\u00f3n de rutas, inform\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad y Transporte (SMyT), tras el conflicto entre transportistas que se registr\u00f3 este jueves sobre la carretera Tlaxcala-Chiautempan.
