{"id":91919,"date":"2022-04-13T14:38:46","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T14:38:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=91919"},"modified":"2022-04-13T14:38:47","modified_gmt":"2022-04-13T14:38:47","slug":"congreso-determina-no-procedente-ratificar-como-magistrado-a-hector-maldonado-en-el-tsje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=91919","title":{"rendered":"Congreso determina no procedente ratificar como magistrado a H\u00e9ctor Maldonado en el TSJE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por mayor\u00eda de votos, el Pleno del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala determin\u00f3 que no es procedente ratificar como magistrado propietario del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado a H\u00e9ctor Maldonado Bonilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la vig\u00e9sima quinta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, las y los congresistas de la LXIV Legislatura avalaron el dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n Especial, integrada por las y los legisladores, Reyna Flor B\u00e1ez Lozano, Marcela Gonz\u00e1lez Castillo y Bladimir Zainos Flores,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual forma, declararon extinta dicha comisi\u00f3n, encargada de instruir el procedimiento tendente a evaluar el desempe\u00f1o del magistrado, que fue creada el 22 de marzo del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, por conducto de la presidencia de la Mesa Directiva del Poder Legislativo se solicitar\u00e1 a la gobernadora, Lorena Cu\u00e9llar Cisneros, la remisi\u00f3n de una terna de profesionales del derecho, a efecto de nombrar entre ellos, a una magistrada o magistrado en el Poder Judicial, que sustituya oportunamente a H\u00e9ctor Maldonado Bonilla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por mayor\u00eda de votos, el Pleno del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala determin\u00f3 que no es procedente ratificar como magistrado propietario del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado a H\u00e9ctor Maldonado Bonilla.
