violaci\u00f3n de derechos<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de fortalecer la creaci\u00f3n de un adecuado protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n de atenci\u00f3n a integrantes de la comunidad LGBT+, reforzando una perspectiva incluyente, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la primera pl\u00e1tica \u201cDiversidad Sexual\u201d, dirigida a elementos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad Ciudadana y Movilidad del Municipio de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta actividad, impartida por personal del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM), refuerza los mecanismos de actuaci\u00f3n del personal policiaco del municipio capitalino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las y los agentes recibir\u00e1n en lo subsecuente esta capacitaci\u00f3n, desde el d\u00eda de hoy y hasta el 29 de abril, en grupos de 30 elementos hasta que todo el estado de fuerza haya recibido la formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La instrucci\u00f3n se realiza en cumplimiento al compromiso realizado por el Ayuntamiento de Tlaxcala, encabezado por el Alcalde Jorge
