La presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales del Congreso del Estado, la Diputada Marcela Gonz\u00e1lez Castillo, celebr\u00f3 la culminaci\u00f3n formal del procedimiento para la entrada en vigor de la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n al Medio Ambiente y el Desarrollo Sostenible del Estado de Tlaxcala, al ser publicada en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Una vez que fue aprobado por mayor\u00eda de votos en el Pleno de esta Soberan\u00eda el dictamen con proyecto de decreto, por el que se expidi\u00f3 el nuevo ordenamiento jur\u00eddico, se public\u00f3 de manera oficial el pasado 2 de junio con numeral \u00abdecreto no. 106\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Ley de protecci\u00f3n al ambiente busca ser pionera de la nueva forma en que se realicen las tareas de preservaci\u00f3n, cuidado, prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n al deterioro ambiental, as\u00ed como otras causantes de da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Igualmente est\u00e1 comprendida por 175 art\u00edculos, seis t\u00edtulos y 11 transitorios, en los que se contemplan temas de suma importancia para la prevenci\u00f3n, cuidado y protecci\u00f3n del ambiente en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, se da un paso importante en la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente sano, a trav\u00e9s de la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente, y las facultades que esta Ley le otorga a fin de garantizar la eficiente procuraci\u00f3n de justicia ambiental, prevenci\u00f3n, cuidado y protecci\u00f3n de los recursos naturales, lo que marcar\u00e1 el rumbo del Estado y el ejercicio al derecho humano a un medio ambiente sano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De esta forma, la legisladora Marcela Gonz\u00e1lez mantiene firme su compromiso con la creaci\u00f3n de leyes que beneficien con el bienestar social de las y los tlaxcaltecas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
