bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, el bar&nbsp;\u00abPrime Social Club\u00bb fue clausurado por elementos de Protecci\u00f3n Civil de&nbsp;Tlaxcala Capital&nbsp;al no contar con las medidas de seguridad para los clientes;&nbsp;adem\u00e1s de presentar varias irregularidades en sus permisos de funcionamiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El personal adscrito a la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil Municipal de Tlaxcala&nbsp;arrib\u00f3&nbsp;al establecimiento ubicado en la&nbsp;comunidad de San Esteban Tizatl\u00e1n, donde despu\u00e9s de hacer la verificaci\u00f3n correspondiente de las medidas de seguridad, solicitaron&nbsp;el dictamen y la licencia&nbsp;de funcionamiento correspondiente al 2022, no obstante, los propietarios no presentaron dicha documentaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al carecer de&nbsp;la documentaci\u00f3n reglamentaria&nbsp;y&nbsp;ser la segunda ocasi\u00f3n en la que se les notifica sobre la regularizaci\u00f3n de su situaci\u00f3n,&nbsp;el personal de protecci\u00f3n civil procedi\u00f3 a la colocaci\u00f3n de sellos de suspensi\u00f3n hasta que&nbsp;se subsanen las irregularidades del establecimiento, lo cual se
