Puebla.- En el municipio de Zacatl\u00e1n, en el primer cuatrimestre de este a\u00f1o, se registr\u00f3 un total de 22 motocicletas robadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esta cifra representa aumento significativo en comparaci\u00f3n con los 15 robos ocurridos de septiembre a diciembre del 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De estas 22 durante el 2022, 4 motocicletas fueron arrebatadas con violencia y 18 delitos fueron cometidos sin violencia, resultando marzo el mes con mayor n\u00famero de casos, seg\u00fan datos de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El art\u00edculo 367 del C\u00f3digo Penal Federal podemos encontrar la definici\u00f3n de robo como qui\u00e9n se apodera de una cosa ajena mueble, sin derecho y sin consentimiento de la persona que puede disponer de ella con arreglo a la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cuando el valor de lo robado no exceda de cien veces el salario, se impondr\u00e1 hasta dos a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y multa hasta de cien veces el salario. Cuando exceda de cien veces el salario, pero no de quinientas, la sanci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de dos a cuatro a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y multa de cien hasta ciento ochenta veces el salario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se considera que las motos que no cuentan con permiso para circular podr\u00edan estar siendo utilizadas para delinquir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
