{"id":96322,"date":"2022-07-04T12:51:49","date_gmt":"2022-07-04T17:51:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=96322"},"modified":"2022-07-04T12:51:51","modified_gmt":"2022-07-04T17:51:51","slug":"detiene-policia-municipal-a-dos-personas-con-material-forestal-sin-acreditar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=96322","title":{"rendered":"Detiene polic\u00eda municipal a dos personas con material forestal sin acreditar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Al no poder comprobar la procedencia legal del material transportado, fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Elementos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad Publica, Tr\u00e1nsito y Protecci\u00f3n Civil, a trav\u00e9s de los patrullajes permanentes en el municipio, lograron la detenci\u00f3n de dos personas que transportaban material forestal en las inmediaciones de la Malinche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al detectar el veh\u00edculo con el material se\u00f1alado, personal de seguridad aplic\u00f3 los protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n y solicit\u00f3 a los masculinos la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente, y al no acreditar la legal procedencia del material forestal, los uniformados proceden a darles lectura a sus derechos e informarles el motivo de su detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toda vez que se estar\u00eda ante un probable delito en materia forestal y ambiental, tambi\u00e9n fue asegurada la camioneta y puesta a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los detenidos son originarios de la ciudad de Puebla; uno de ellos de 20 a\u00f1os de edad, de nombre Daniel N.; as\u00ed como Willovaldo N. de 30 a\u00f1os de edad; quienes fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Federaci\u00f3n, adscritos a la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al no poder comprobar la procedencia legal del material transportado, fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica.
