{"id":96930,"date":"2022-07-20T16:17:48","date_gmt":"2022-07-20T21:17:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=96930"},"modified":"2022-07-20T16:17:50","modified_gmt":"2022-07-20T21:17:50","slug":"impulsa-miguel-angel-caballero-yonca-reforma-a-la-ley-de-pensiones-civiles-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=96930","title":{"rendered":"Impulsa Miguel \u00c1ngel Caballero Yonca reforma a la Ley de Pensiones Civiles del Estado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>El Legislador busca dotar de mayor seguridad y certeza jur\u00eddica en niveles de igualdad y respeto a la dignidad humana.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlaxcala, Tlax., a 20 de julio de 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado integrante del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena, Miguel \u00c1ngel Caballero Yonca, present\u00f3 la iniciativa con proyecto de decreto para reformar la Ley de Pensiones Civiles del Estado de Tlaxcala, a fin de otorgar prestaciones superiores como parte de la igualdad y respeto a la dignidad humana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El congresista explic\u00f3 que la propuesta persigue dos fines principales: garantizar los derechos de las personas trabajadoras del Estado y extender la protecci\u00f3n social; el primero, para lograr reconocimiento y respeto de los derechos de las y los trabajadores, en particular de los desfavorecidos o pobres que necesitan representaci\u00f3n, participaci\u00f3n, prestaciones superiores a la Ley y ordenamientos adecuados a sus necesidades que se cumplan y est\u00e9n a favor, y no en contra, de sus intereses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segundo fin, promueve tanto la inclusi\u00f3n social como la productividad, al garantizar que mujeres y hombres disfruten de condiciones de trabajo seguras y pr\u00e9stamos no solo por conducto del Estado sino tambi\u00e9n de la iniciativa privada, que tengan en cuenta los valores familiares y sociales, que contemplen una retribuci\u00f3n adecuada en caso de p\u00e9rdida o reducci\u00f3n de ingresos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y fue durante la s\u00e9ptima sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente que se dio lectura a la iniciativa con proyecto de decreto, por el que se reforman las fracciones VII y VIII del art\u00edculo 17 y se adiciona la fracci\u00f3n IX del art\u00edculo 17 de la Ley de Pensiones Civiles del Estado de Tlaxcala.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ordenamiento busca se incluya en el Cap\u00edtulo V de las facultades de la instituci\u00f3n, se pueda celebrar contratos, sociedades y convenios para otorgar las prestaciones y servicios superiores a las previstas en la fracci\u00f3n XVII del art\u00edculo 3 de la presente Ley, y las dem\u00e1s que se le otorgue la misma y su reglamento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abCon esta reforma a la Ley de Pensiones los derechos humanos, individuales y sociales, no solo se garantizan, sino que se les dota de mayor seguridad y certeza jur\u00eddica, en niveles de igualdad y respeto a la dignidad humana, teniendo la posibilidad de tener prestaciones superiores a aquellas con las que actualmente cuentan\u00bb, coment\u00f3 el Parlamentario, Miguel \u00c1ngel Caballero, posteriormente en entrevista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa fue turnada a las comisiones unidas de Trabajo, Competitividad, Seguridad Social y Previsi\u00f3n Social;
