En el marco de la Ley sobre el derecho de audiencia, la Comisi\u00f3n de Finanzas y Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, recibir\u00e1 a entes fiscalizables para atender dudas y aclaraciones sobre la gesti\u00f3n del ejercicio fiscal 2021, s\u00ed as\u00ed lo consideran conducente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n, la diputada Mar\u00eda Guillermina Loaiza Cortero, tras el acuerdo tomado por las y los integrantes en la reciente sesi\u00f3n del pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 20 de julio del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La congresista Mar\u00eda Guillermina Loaiza puntualiz\u00f3 que con fundamento en el \u00faltimo p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 51 de la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior y Rendici\u00f3n de cuentas del Estado de Tlaxcala y sus Municipios, la Comisi\u00f3n de Finanzas y Fiscalizaci\u00f3n no dar\u00e1 por solventada ninguna observaci\u00f3n ni recomendaci\u00f3n emitida por el \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n (OFS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De tal forma, el acuerdo antes mencionado se public\u00f3 en la plataforma digital del Congreso del Estado, para que cualquier ente p\u00fablico interesado pudiera consultarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aunado a ello, en representaci\u00f3n de los 13 diputados que integran la Comisi\u00f3n en calidad de vocales, la presidenta Mar\u00eda Guillermina Loaiza Cortero, acudi\u00f3 a las instalaciones del Sistema Estatal Anticorrupci\u00f3n para remitir de manera f\u00edsica la copia del Informe General en cumplimiento al art\u00edculo 49 de la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas del Estado de Tlaxcala y sus Municipios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Es as\u00ed como la LXIV Legislatura realiza un trabajo responsable para dar buenas cuentas a los ciudadanos tlaxcaltecas.
