ACUERDA EL PODER JUDICIAL Y LA SMA EMPLEAR MECANISMOS ALTERNATIVOS DE SOLUCI\u00d3N DE CONTROVERSIAS EN ASUNTOS AMBIENTALES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las instituciones firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n institucional en las instalaciones de Ciudad Judicial<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En un hecho sin precedentes, la Magistrada Presidenta del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado (TSJ-CJE), Mary Cruz Cort\u00e9s Ornelas, firm\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente (SMA), Luis Antonio Ram\u00edrez, lo que permitir\u00e1 emplear los Mecanismos Alternativos de Soluci\u00f3n de Controversias (MASC), en conflictos ambientales.
Al respecto, la Magistrada Presidenta precis\u00f3 que el objetivo de generar ese instrumento jur\u00eddico, es concertar acciones de coordinaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n institucional, para que la SMA a trav\u00e9s del personal de la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente del Estado de Tlaxcala (Propaet), reciba capacitaciones en materia de medios alternativos de soluci\u00f3n de controversias ambientales.
En su oportunidad, el Secretario del Medio Ambiente del Estado de Tlaxcala, Luis Antonio Ram\u00edrez, afirm\u00f3 que con \u00e9ste convenio cumplen con las instrucciones de la Gobernadora Lorena Cu\u00e9llar Cisneros, respecto a contar con un \u00e1rea especializada para el desarrollo y la administraci\u00f3n eficaz y eficiente de la mediaci\u00f3n y la conciliaci\u00f3n ambiental como m\u00e9todo alterno de soluci\u00f3n de controversias y operar los mecanismos a trav\u00e9s de mediadores y conciliadores certificados por el Poder Judicial del Estado.
A la firma del convenio asistieron como testigos de honor, el Procurador de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente en el Estado, Iv\u00e1n Garc\u00eda Ju\u00e1rez, las Magistradas Anel Ba\u00f1uelos Meneses, Marisol Barba P\u00e9rez y representantes de los Magistrados Pedro S\u00e1nchez Ortega, Enrique Acoltzi Conde y Fanny Margarita Amador Montes, as\u00ed como las y los integrantes del Consejo de la Judicatura.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
