El Diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera en calidad de presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Finanzas y Fiscalizaci\u00f3n de la LXIV Legislatura, realiz\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n de dicha comisi\u00f3n conforme a lo establecido en la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo, as\u00ed como del Reglamento Interior del Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En el Sal\u00f3n Blanco del Palacio Legislativo se realiz\u00f3 el procedimiento conforme al acuerdo aprobado ante el Pleno, con fecha 30 de septiembre, en el que se reforma el art\u00edculo 1 del acuerdo con fecha 29 de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2021, por el que se crean las comisiones ordinarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, en cumplimiento de las atribuciones legales en el art\u00edculo 35 del Reglamento Interior del Congreso del Estado se tom\u00f3 protesta a Rafael Alejandro Cabrera Toquianzi como Secretario T\u00e9cnico de la comisi\u00f3n, quien ser\u00e1 el responsable de elaborar las actas de sesiones, as\u00ed como distintas responsabilidades que le confiere la Ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el congresista Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera reiter\u00f3 el reconocimiento a su antecesora, y a su vez, agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo de sus compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros legisladores, con los que tendr\u00e1 la encomienda de guiar de manera eficiente los trabajos de la Comisi\u00f3n de Finanzas y Fiscalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De igual manera reiter\u00f3 que asume con gran responsabilidad la presidencia de esta importante comisi\u00f3n, siendo los pilares principales de su actuar, la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, la transparencia y la total legalidad en sus funciones, en miras siempre del bienestar de las y los Tlaxcaltecas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De esta manera se llev\u00f3 a cabo la instalaci\u00f3n formal de la Comisi\u00f3n responsable de la dictaminaci\u00f3n de leyes de ingreso del Estado y de los municipios, del presupuesto de egresos, de los impuestos extraordinarios o especiales, entre otras funciones establecidas en el art\u00edculo 49 del Reglamento Interior del Estado de Tlaxcala, misma que est\u00e1 conformada por las y los congresistas: Laura Alejandra Ram\u00edrez Ortiz, Bladimir Zainos flores, Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar, Jos\u00e9 Gilberto Temoltzin Mart\u00ednez, Mar\u00eda Guillermina Loaiza Cortero, Miguel \u00c1ngel Covarrubias Cervantes, Maribel Le\u00f3n Cruz, M\u00f3nica S\u00e1nchez Angulo, Lorena Ruiz Garc\u00eda, Marcela Gonz\u00e1lez Castillo, Gabriela Esperanza Brito Jim\u00e9nez y Reyna Flor B\u00e1ez Lozano, en calidad de vocales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
