Zacatl\u00e1n.- Al firmar convenio a favor de la cultura de la transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, el Presidente municipal Pepe M\u00e1rquez Mart\u00ednez, sostuvo que los zacatecos tienen garantizado el acceso libre a la transparencia, \u201cno por obligaci\u00f3n normativa, sino como una forma establecida de trabajo del actual gobierno municipal\u201d, destac\u00f3 el edil a Comisionados del Instituto de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n de Puebla (ITAIPUE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agreg\u00f3 que la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y la transparencia de los recursos p\u00fablicos, debe de ser por convicci\u00f3n a favor de los ciudadanos quienes decidieron quien ejerza el Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente M\u00e1rquez Mart\u00ednez, destac\u00f3 que Zacatl\u00e1n trabaja para que el municipio sea ejemplo en transparencia a nivel regional y estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La firma de convenio estuvo presidida por el Comisionado Presidente del ITAIPUE, Francisco Javier Garc\u00eda Blanco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
