Con gran asistencia y participaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda, el Ayuntamiento de Chiautempan en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gobierno del Estado, inauguraron este viernes la Cuarta Edici\u00f3n del \u201cD\u00eda del Nopal y la Tuna 2022, Herencia Cultural, Oportunidad de Negocio y Consolidaci\u00f3n en Tlaxcala\u201d.En el parque Hidalgo, el presidente municipal Gustavo Jim\u00e9nez Romero, acompa\u00f1ado por el Secretario de Impulso Agropecuario (SIA), Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Rafael de la Pe\u00f1a Bernal, sostuvo que el nopal y la tuna forman parte de la historia de Tlaxcala, y son esenciales en la gastronom\u00eda y alimentaci\u00f3n de los tlaxcaltecas, por su sabor y aportaciones nutricionales.\u201cChiautempan recibe con gusto la Cuarta Edici\u00f3n del \u201cD\u00eda del Nopal y la Tuna 2022\u201d, a trav\u00e9s de un evento demostrativo de mucha importancia, porque, adem\u00e1s de conocer las oportunidades de negocio en torno a la producci\u00f3n de esta cact\u00e1cea, reafirma su lugar en nuestra herencia cultural\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.Asimismo, durante este evento se entreg\u00f3 un reconocimiento a Graciela Gonz\u00e1lez S\u00e1nchez, por su aportaci\u00f3n al \u201cValor agregado al nopal y tuna en Tlaxcala\u201d; a Miguel \u00c1ngel Flores Bonilla, por \u201cSuperficie de cultivo a nivel Estatal\u201d; a Alfredo Rojas S\u00e1nchez, por su \u201cExperiencia en el cultivo de nopal\u201d; a Ernesto G\u00f3mez Rivera, por su \u201cCalidad de nopal\u201d y a Tob\u00edas Rocha D\u00edaz, por su \u201cEmprendimiento en el cultivo de Nopal\u201dCabe se\u00f1alar que este evento tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3 con la colaboraci\u00f3n del Consejo Integral de Productores de Nopal y Tuna de Tlaxcala A.
